If our system detects that you're attempting to log in from an international location, an One-Time Password (OTP) will now be required to complete your login.
This extra step helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
To make your international logins simpler, you can now add your frequently used devices to a list of Trusted Devices. Once a device is trusted, you will bypass this OTP security step when logging in from that specific device, even when you're abroad.
Step 1: Go to Settings in your SeriousMD account via web
Step 2: Navigate to Security > Trusted Devices. You can also directly access this section via: https://seriousmd.com/doctor/app/settings/security/trusted-devices
Step 3: Click the "Trust This Device" button.
Step 4: A new window will appear. Simply add a recognizable name for your device (e.g., "My Clinic Laptop," "Personal iPhone") and enter your account password to confirm.
Once added, this device will be recognized by SeriousMD, allowing you to log in without the additional OTP when accessing your account from outside the Philippines.
