Need to coordinate quickly with your secretary? You can chat directly inside your SeriousMD account.

🔑 Step 1: Add Your Secretary as a Sub-User
Make sure your secretary is added as a sub-user on your account.

📩 Step 2: Start Messaging
Once your secretary has successfully registered:

• Go to the Messages section inside your SeriousMD account.
• Click on the Message icon (✉️) at the top right right.

• You’ll see your secretary listed. Just click their name to begin chatting.

Your secretary will also see your messages in their inbox, so you can easily stay in sync.
