How to tabulate patient's lab results?

If you're looking for a simple way to tabulate and monitor your patient’s test results over time, you may customize this under the Vitals tab.

Here’s how to set it up:

• Open a patient's record
• Go to the Vitals section
• Click on the plus (+) icon

• Click the three dots (...)
• Select Edit Default Vitals

• At the bottom of your screen, kindly click + Create Custom Vitals

• Type in the needed details
• Click Save

• Once done, make sure that the custom vital is toggled on
