How to invite a Sub-user to your account?

We understand that managing a practice on your own can be overwhelming and complicated. That’s why we’re committed on making your practice management easier.

One way to achieve this is by inviting your secretary as a sub-user of your account. This helps optimize your workflow and ensures efficient collaboration within your clinic.

Begin by logging into your SeriousMD account via web. Once logged in, follow these simple steps:

• Step 1: Go to Settings.
• Step 2: Under Security, select Sub-Users.
• Step 3: Look for the '+' icon and click on it.

• Step 4: Input your secretary's email address and specify their role (e.g., secretary).
• Step 5: Click "Invite" to dispatch the invitation

Once the invitation is sent, your secretary will receive an email with further instructions:

• Step 1: Your secretary should open the email and click on the invitation link.

• Step 2: This will open a new tab, prompting your secretary to complete their registration by following the on-screen instructions.

With the registration process complete, your secretary is now a sub-user of your SeriousMD account: Your secretary can now log in to SeriousMD using their own credentials.

• Step 3: They will have access to specific functions and data based on the role you assigned

You can make adjustments to what your sub-user can access by going to Settings > Security > Permissions.

Once you've made changes, be sure to have your secretary log out and then log back in to ensure the changes are reflected on their end.
