Payments settled by patients through SeriousMD are processed every Sunday evening. After processing, it typically takes 24–72 hours for the funds to appear in your registered bank account.

Want to check your payout status?

Go to Billing > Payouts on the SeriousMD web version or click here to view it directly.
✔ Payments will show as Pending first
✔ Then move to Paid Out once successfully transferred

🔍 Seeing a “Pending Payout” message? Here’s why that may happen:

Reason 1: Missing BIR Form 2303 (Certificate of Registration)
We’re required to collect your BIR Form 2303 to process payouts. This document includes your tax details and obligations.

Upload it under My Profile > BIR Form 2303 on SeriousMD Web.

Once validated, your future payouts will be included in the regular weekly disbursements.

❗ Don’t have a Form 2303 yet? You can still receive payouts, but a 37% tax will be deducted by default.

Reason 2: Missing or Incorrect Payout Details

If your Form 2303 is already submitted but you still see a pending payout, please double-check your bank details under your profile. We won’t be able to process your payout without complete or accurate information.

Reason 3: Sworn Declaration Pending (Optional)
If you've previously submitted a Sworn Declaration, payouts will be placed on hold while waiting for your latest version for this year.
