An Update to Adding Day Offs

We know how important it is keep your schedule organized—with no missed bookings and no conflicting schedules.

With this update, when blocking off a specific date, a prompt will appear if there are patients scheduled for that day. This way, you can:

✅ Check any existing appointments before finalizing your Day Off

✅ Reschedule patients ahead of time
​

How It Works:

The process is still the same when creating a Day Off:

1. Go to your Calendar/Queue
2. Click on the + icon on the upper right corner of your screen
3. Add Day Off
4. Select a date
5. Hit Save.

If there are existing appointments, a notification will appear informing you of their schedule.

You can proceed with saving the Day Off or reschedule the affected appointments before finalizing.
