If your patient says they can’t message you or if you’re wondering how to properly link their NowServing account to the record you have on SeriousMD, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. 🙌
There are a couple of simple scenarios that could be happening, and here’s how you can resolve them quickly.
At this point, the patient hasn’t set up their NowServing account yet. Here’s what you can do:
Option 1: Send the NowServing Link
Once the patient installs the app and creates their account, it will automatically link to the record you created.
Option 2: You saw the patient in person and sent them a digital note
This sometimes happens after merging duplicate profiles. If the patient’s account was affected, simply resend their NowServing link (like in Scenario A). This will bind their NowServing account to the updated patient record.
