You now have the option to notify patients if you need to Move or Edit an appointment date or time. Patients will receive an SMS, email, and/or Push Notification from the NowServing app to keep them updated on any changes.
Step 1: Go to your Queue.
Step 2: Select the patient whose appointment you want to change, then click on the (...) icon.
Step 3: Choose Edit/Move Appointment.
Step 4: Make the necessary changes. The option to notify patients will already be enabled, so just click Save to confirm.
