ICRC patients: What you need to know

NowServing now partners with the ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross), the international humanitarian organization.

Note: It's separate from the Philippine Red Cross.

ICRC staff and their dependents can now book you through NowServing, for online or face-to-face consults.

With our partnership, ICRC pays for their consults on their behalf. This gives ICRC employees easy access to a wide network of doctors, including you!

"How will this affect my workflow?"

If your patients already pay through SeriousMD, nothing changes.

If you usually collect cash at the clinic, kindly bill the patient in SeriousMD and send a pay link instead.

Your patient pays through the system and you get paid in your regular weekly payout.

When you bill, look for this card and click Send Pay Link:
