New: Set a daily booking limit per clinic

You can now cap how many patients can book each clinic per day. Once you hit your number, online booking for that day closes on its own. Leave it blank and nothing changes. Available on all plans.

How to set it

Step 1: Clinics › Edit on a clinic

Step 2: Under What's your schedule? › type a number under Booking Limit for each day › Save

Note: Set it on web. If you use the iOS app day to day, you only need web once to set it up.

Good to know

• Each day gets its own limit. For example, 10 on Mondays and 5 on Saturdays. The limit covers all of that day's timeslots.
• What counts: consultation requests from NowServing (including ones you haven't accepted yet) and patients added to the queue.
• Your secretary is never blocked. You and your staff can still add patients to the queue past the limit. You'll just see a "slots used" counter as a heads-up.
• Spots open up again when an appointment is cancelled, marked No-Show, or removed, or when a request is declined or auto-cancels.
• Your Latest Booking Cutoff still applies. Online booking closes at whichever comes first: the limit or the cutoff. A spot that opens after the cutoff stays closed online.
