"When does my patient's payment reach me?"

Here's everything you need to know.

1. When your payout arrives

When a patient pays the bill, the professional fee is processed, every Sunday evening.

Once a transfer goes out, it generally takes 24 to 72 hours to reflect in your bank.

To find a breakdown of what's included in your payout, go to Payouts > New New Payouts

2. If your payout still says "Pending"

The usual reasons:

• The weekly cutoff hasn't passed yet.
• Your payout details are incomplete. Add or update your bank details in Settings > Payout Information.

• Your BIR Form 2303 isn't uploaded yet. Payouts are held until we have it on file. Upload BIR Form 2303 here.

3. Your BIR 2307 and receipts

• We generate your BIR Form 2307 monthly, so you don't need to request it each time.
• You may download BIR Form 2307 via SeriousMD web (Billing > BIR Form 2307)

• For professional fees, you issue the Official Receipt/Service Invoice to your patient. We issue ORs only for our own service fees.
